First and foremost the Trick Pony is just that, a park fueled, rail jammer with plenty of pop and stability for big takeoffs and stomped landings. It’s a park board that has been tweaked to handle Powder and perform well on natural terrain and features.

Burton’s signature Purepop camber balances the Trick Pony’s powder float with its freestyle playfulness. Purepop camber features subtle flat zones just outside your feet to amplify pop and add playfulness to the snap and response of the camber. Early raised tip and tail sections help spin and float with a catch free feel.
The flat zones in the camber let the Trick Pony float easily, with a centered stance in deep snow. So if you’re lucky enough to ride some big features in powder, then the Trick Pony really comes into it’s own.
The board is also set up with

• A super light 700gram superfly 2 core
• Burtons standard Squeezebox, which is core profiling to increase control and ollie pop
• Frostbite edges, which are protruding edges under the bindings that improve grip on hard packed snow
