December 17, 2015 (Huntington Beach, Calif.) – Today, DC Snowboarding announces its arsenal of AM riders: Mons Roisland, Sebbe De Buck, Jordan Morse, Brady Lem, Jonathan Linde and Marc Salas Manosa to form the brand’s Global AM Team. DC has launched this program to invest in the next generation of riders who are pushing the progression of snowboarding.
“It’s important for DC to stay connected to its snowboarding roots and we’ve placed a great deal of importance around ramping up our Global AM Team. DC’s AM Rider Program will support riders at that level because we believe AM’s are the foundation of snowboarding,” said DC Snowboarding’s Marketing Director, Bobby Meeks. “We’ve assembled a group of individuals with unique and diverse riding styles that represent the future of DC.”
Spanning from Europe to North America, DC has selectively chosen riders who approach snowboarding their own way and strive to defy convention. Earlier this season, the DC team celebrated the addition of Jordan Morse (@JMORSE_) and Brady Lem (@BRADYLEM) during DC’s “Rogue to Mammoth” trip with one-of-a-kind Somebuddy boards. Jordan brings the street spirit to life with his talent and positive vibes. He also made noise in his “Under Dawgs” part with a technical display of rail superiority. Brady is a ripper from the Midwest who made his debut this season by dropping a full part that shows a deep and diverse bag of smooth stylish riding.
Hailing from Spain, Marc Salas Manosa (@HELLUVAMARC) debuted his full part in “Finisterre” and is known for his unique and technical street skating style.
Mons Roisland (@MONSROISLAND) is currently ranked second on World Snowboard Tour for Men’s Slopestyle and is renowned for his uber tech style. Mons is the first all-Norwegian to podium at the highest level of Slopestyle competition.
Sebbe De Buck (@SEBBEDEBUCK) has spent nine years competing in Slopestyle Big Air and halfpipes and at 15 years old, Sebbe took home the Belgium Junior Championships in Big Air, Halfpipe and Slopestyle and continues to turn heads in the global contest scene.
With his full-part feature in “Daggers,” Jonathan Lindhe (@JONATHANLINDHE) displayed ultra smooth skate style and crushed a ton of incredibly long rails. Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, Jonathan’s parts continue to inspire and overwhelm by making insanely hard tricks look smooth as butter.
The brand’s latest AM additions will stand beside DC’s global pros: Torstein Horgmo, Travis Rice, Devun Walsh, Iikka Backstrom, Ryan Tiene, Mat Schaer, Justin Fronius and Anto Chamberland.
