The Burton BluntSnowboard 2016is great beginner / intermediate level snowboard to which sits above Burton’s beginner board; the Clash and below the ever popular Process board. The Blunt is designed to give more of a introduction to freestlye and jibbing in and around the slopes. Now available as a Flying V, the Blunt combines the pop and grip of your traditional camber whilst also offering the catch-free scooped tip and tail and the forgiveness found on a rocker board.
Underfoot, the aggressive feel and stability of a camber board, plus the buttery rocker Scoop tip and tail gives it a more progression-friendly, park and all mountain ride . The Flying V camber and added pop of the lightweight and certified Super Fly 800G core as well as the grip of the Frostbite Edges delivers stepped up performance over the Blunts previous models. Originally the Blunt was a park orientated board, however now featuring a sintered base and Flying V, the Blunt has worked its way up to a very capable all mountain board as well as having the ability to shred the park still.
